Hello! My name is Cali and I am a digital illustrator and designer. I graduated with a bachelor's in Graphic Design. I love to draw my own characters and fanart, along with designing cartoon characters. Most of my content is considered 18+ so please be advised! My main tool for drawing is Clip Studio Paint and for video editing is Vegas Pro 19.I am open to work, whether that's drawing your character or designing a logo. By commissioning me, calinx, you are hereby agreeing to my Terms of Service and will follow every rule/policy listed below. If any are violated you will be blacklisted from commissioning me in the future, and you will lose all rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the right to profit from the commission if desired.I will also state, that anyone and everyone is prohibited from using my artwork for AI. Nobody has any permission to generate an image and claim it as art with my own work. I also prohibit my artwork from being sold as NFTs. All payments are done through Paypal. I will send you an invoice.Do not request a commission if you can't afford it. I will not alternate any of my current prices.Depending on how detailed the character is, extra charges may be included. Extra may apply if you want a more detailed background, or if you want your character interacting with said background.REVISIONS
Any significant changes requested will involve a fee.Anything you have recently approved for your commission you request to alternate, there will be an extra charge.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

Any client shall not claim any of my work as their own or make a base out of said work.The client may not redistribute my work for profit or alternate my work. Personal use of the commissioned artwork is accepted.Commissioners may repost their commissioned work WITH CREDIT. Anyone besides commissioners are prohibited!!!Commissioners may use their commissioned artwork to promote themselves, credit is much appreciated! Commissioners may use their commissioned artwork on their social media, whether as an icon, banner, etc. as long as it doesn’t contribute to any earnings.If a client is starting a business or brand, they may use any design or artwork to promote themselves. But are prohibited from using it for profit such as selling merch, using for commercials, etc.If the client: uses the commission for profit, claims the commission as their own, removes my watermark/signature from the commission, and alters the commission without my permission, that is considered copyright infringement and you will be blacklisted.REFUNDS
All payments are non-refundable.If for any reason, I am unable to complete your commission you will receive a full refund. If we have a discussion and I decide to refund you because something happened on your end, do not request a chargeback, I will send it back to you.Please understand that by commissioning me you are under the agreement that you will not issue a chargeback! If an attempt at a chargeback is made, you will lose all rights to your commissioned piece and I will use it for profit and commercial purposes. I'll send the payment service a record of our chats in which we discussed the commission as proof that I finished the work for you. Additionally, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me in the future.
