Terms of Service

By commissioning me, calinx, you are hereby agreeing to my Terms of Service and will follow every rule/policy listed below. If any are violated you will be blacklisted from commissioning me in the future, and you will lose all rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the right to profit from the commission if desired.I will also state, that anyone and everyone is prohibited from using my artwork for AI. Nobody has any permission to generate an image and claim it as art with my own work. I also prohibit my artwork from being sold as NFTs. If any of these are violated, you will be contacted and if you refuse to comply you will be publicly called out and reported.

If neither works, Email is also an option.-All drawings include a watermark or signature, do not ask me to remove it and do not remove it yourself.-Prices are subject to change based on demand.-Price will change if client desires several versions of the same piece, this is in regard to 18+ content.-Client MUST be 18+ in order to request any adult content. If I am ever uncertain whether the client is 18+ I will ask for proof of age.-I have the right to refuse a commission or refund a commission under certain circumstances whether I am uncomfortable with it or if it's an even bigger issue.-I am no longer doing holds for long periods of time.

PAYMENT

-At the moment, I am not accepting Paypal until I see the feedback it gets with its recent fees. Kofi is the current payment method I am accepting.-Payments for first time clients I expect full upfront. I will do payment plans with clients I have previously worked with. Payments above $150 we can discuss a possible payment plan. I will finish each commission accordingly, so if you only paid upfront half of the total, you are only getting half of what you requested until the rest of the payment is finished.-Do not request a commission if you can't afford it. I will not alternate any of my current prices.-Depending on how detailed the character is, extra charges may be included. Extra may apply if you want a more detailed background, or if you want your character interacting with said background.-Client has 24 hours to pay after requesting a commission! I will not begin until the payment is sent! If I don't get paid by then, the slot will open.

PROCESS & DELIVERY

-Please give me at least a month before asking about progress. I am easily pressured and begin to start working faster instead of harder. If it's been over a month then you may certainly ask for updates.-Communication can be done through Twitter or Discord. If neither works, Email is also an option. I would only like messages to be about whether they're interested in commissioning me or asking for status on their current commission. Professional matters only.-I will send sketches of your commission(s), and you may tell me any changes you would like made or point out any mistakes I made. Any image I send will have a watermark.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

-All payments are non-refundable unless properly discussed with me.-If for any reason, I am unable to complete your commission you will receive a full refund. If we have a discussion and I decide to refund you because something happened on your end, do not request a chargeback, I will send it back to you.-Please understand that by commissioning me you are under the agreement that you will not issue a chargeback! If an attempt at a chargeback is made, you will lose all rights to your commissioned piece and I will use it for profit and commercial purposes. I'll send the payment service a record of our chats in which we discussed the commission as proof that I finished the work for you. Additionally, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me in the future.

REVISIONS

-I will make at the most 3 very slight changes, mistakes on my end do not count towards. The slight changes are made if the client requests. Any significant changes requested will involve a fee.-Anything you have recently approved for your commission you request to alternate, there will be an extra charge. That is why as of now, I will be sending sketches and work-in-progress images.

COPYRIGHT & USAGE

-Any client shall not claim any of my work as their own or make a base out of said work. The client may not redistribute my work for profit or alternate my work. Personal use of the commissioned artwork like making a print is OKAY as long as it's not sold for profit.-I have been strict on this rule for a while, but I now allow commissioners to repost their commissioned work WITH CREDIT. Anyone besides commissioners are prohibited!!!-Commissioners may use their commissioned artwork to promote themselves, credit is much appreciated! Commissioners may use their commissioned artwork on their social media, whether as an icon, banner, etc. as long as it doesn’t contribute to any earnings.-If a client is starting a business or brand, they may use any design or artwork to promote themselves. But are prohibited from using it for profit such as selling merch, using for commercials, etc. HOWEVER, if a client wishes to use a work for profit they must discuss with me first.-If the client: uses the commission for profit, claims the commission as their own, removes my watermark/signature from the commission, and alters the commission without my permission, that is considered copyright infringement and you will be blacklisted. Furthermore, I will use the commission piece for profit.
